We are committed to local and automated production. In order to meet the large (international) demand, we have increased our production capacity and purchased an extra twining machine.

With an extensive range of machinery, we guarantee local added value and invest in Belgian production. For example, we have twine installations for the production of cotton rope for many years. Within this product range we have 24 basic colours which we process from fine yarn to saleable units of rope in different diameters. The fine yarns are taken together and twined into a thicker rope. In order to meet the high demand, we have increased our production capacity and purchased an extra machine for twisting the ropes, or in other words to join yarns together to make a thicker rope. This allows us, for example, to produce 187 km of rope with a diameter of 4 mm extra per month. If this is sold on rolls of 250 grams, it is an extra 3000 to 3500 rolls per month.
