Belgian asparagus are a tasteful, delicate vegetable. In order to sell and consume them in best conditions, they are usually tied up in a bundle.

The twine used needs to be soft to prevent damaging the asparagus and also food safe with no color or taste migration. We use the finest cotton string for this application.
