Rope production

In the production facilites in Zele, Corbeo has a twisting installation which produces cotton macramé twine for hobby and hortiray for greenhouse cultivation. This installation allows to produce twines from 1 mm to 9 mm, in single, double and triple twist. We always have an extensive stock of yarns in natural and coloured cotton, viscose and metallic lurex.

Semi-finished products in braided and twisted rope in various raw materials are sourced from our partners in line with our specifications.

Conditioning

Large rolls of semi-finished rope in cotton, sisal, flax, polypropylene, polyamide and other raw materials are processed into retail sales units.

Our machinery can create the full range of layouts: rolls on cardboard tubes, balls, small bobbins, large bobbins, hanks. All items are computer-controlled and can be delivered by weight or length.

Packaging

The retail sales units need a packaging that protects the product and provides all the required product information and barcodes. We have a state-of-the-art shrink-wrapping line with integrated label printing solution, but we can also package the products in a plastic-free way using, for example, paper banding.

Besides our specialized production equipment, Corbeo also has a large permanent stock of rope (+5.000 references) and other items. Our warehouse allows us to efficiently deliver orders to our customers.
